TOPCats 2nd annual golf tournament was held at the Paradise Pines Golf Course on Saturday, July 14, 2007.  It was a beautiful day, and everyone had a great time!  First place team went to Jim Eisan, Les Johnson, Tim Gatlin, and Bob Meyers with a fantastic score of 12 under par.  Close behind by only one stroke was the team of Hilary and Terry Johnson, Pat (P.K) Kennedy, and Paul Carroll.  Highest score went to the team of Kenny, Joey, Susie, and John.  Closest to the pin was won by Andy Saunders.  Longest drive for male and female was won by Terry Johnson and Hilary Johnson, respectively.

We would like to thank all of the merchants and individuals that donated raffle prizes.  These include Smokie Mountain Steak House, Nevada Bob's golf course, Trader Joe's, Noel's Wine Shoppe, Debbie's Restaurant, Canteena, Lyon's Express Oil and Lube, Lynn's Restaurant, Izzy's Burger Spa, Barney O'Rourkes, Aberdeen Cottage, Kragen's Auto, Auto Zone, Paradise Garden Center, Smog Buster's Coffee Shop, Walgreens,  Sharon McKee, Bob Grimm, Kim Vasquez, and Beverly Thayer.

In addition to all the fun, our 2nd annual golf tournament improved our financial situation.  We are back trapping and neutering to try to reduce the feral cat population.  With the support of the people on the Ridge, we hope that one day every cat will have a home.  Thanks to everyone for their support and dedication to TOPCats!!  We'll see you next year!
